Shipping policy

We offer shipping to the EU, USA, UK, Australia, and Canada, with our partner production facilities based in the UK, US, and EU. Orders are typically shipped within 3–4 working days of purchase. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number from our partner to follow your package.

Transit times are all estimates provided by the shipping carriers. D ART Studio/RLH SALES LLC is not responsible for any delays.

We use sustainable, biodegradable packaging made from recycled materials and provide an end-to-end carbon-neutral shipping service.

Please note that your order may be subject to import duty and taxes imposed by your country. Please check your country's terms for further details. Customs fees are not charged by nor paid to D ART Studio/RLH SALES LLC.

Missing, damaged, or lost packages: D ART Studio/RLH SALES LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect shipping addresses and refused delivery: We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we are unable to update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded. D ART Studio/RLH SALES LLC will not be held responsible if the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and/or is unable to recover the package.
