Limited Edition art

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges for Limited Edition art, as each one is made to order. If you have specific questions or inquiries about your order before it's been placed, please email us at support@d-artstudio.com

If an item arrives damaged or there’s a manufacturing error, we’ll gladly offer a free reprint or a refund (minus the shipping cost). Just reach out to our team within 30 days of delivery at support@d-artstudio.com, including a description of the issue and a clear photo of the affected product.

D ART Studio cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit. If you need to return an item, please use a trackable and insured shipping method, such as a parcel delivery service or courier.

We don't accept returns on gift cards.
